Jason Vidovich

Founder and Principal

Jason is an Organisational Development (OD) consultant with over 15 years experience working within the disciplines of OD, Human Resources and Learning and Development. He has consulted in this discipline, working and living throughout Australia and across the world including the USA, United Kingdom, France, Hungary, Angola, Azerbaijan, Singapore, Greece, Korea, China, Italy, Netherlands, Samoa, New Zealand, Canary Islands, South Africa, Denmark and Norway.

This work experience accounts for Jason’s broad exposure to change and variety of cultures, which ensure he is well equipped to consult on such matters in relation to personal and business development and  performance.

Jason has held management and senior management operational positions in industries including Banking, Travel and Oil, Gas and Mining focused industry. He understands the pressures that come with being accountable for multi-million dollar businesses; managing small, large and virtual teams; and leading and managing business and people through restructures and acquisitions.

Further, Jason cherishes his life experiences including his close involvement in sport; further tertiary education and accreditations in Human Resource Management, Training and Assessment, Mediation and behavioural and competency profiling instruments; a sabbatical traveling the world; and his role as partner and father are equally as significant in this depth of experience.

Jason’s background has complimented his chosen career path as a specialist facilitator, coach and consultant. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to transfer his skill set across organisations, industries and sectors (private, public, not-for-profit); communicating and working effectively with boards, senior executives, middle management, through to front line staff.

Personal, team and business performance are Jason’s focus. He enjoys consulting to organisations that want to help build their people’s knowledge, understanding and confidence in the business they work in, whilst optimising their own skills and abilities.

Tim Ridgway


Tim has over 25 years experience as Consultant, Facilitator and Organisational Psychologist and is adept at partnering with organisations and their leaders to align corporate vision, values and strategy with effective HR/OD and Change initiatives to achieve sustained behavioural change and desired performance outcomes for individuals, teams and the organisation.

He incorporates evidenced-based research, methodologies and practical tools in the design and delivery of his consulting programs.  One key aim of his programs is for participants to gain meaningful self-awareness and insight of others – the basis for any sustained change in behaviour and improved performance for leaders, managers, supervisors and frontline staff.  In particular, Tim has significant expertise in the Oil and Gas industry consulting with the leading drilling and refinery organisations across the globe. David Murray


With 17 years’ experience in this field, David Murray is a highly sought after consultant and trainer. His work history has been developed with hands-on experience within heavy and hazardous industries (Oil, Gas, Mining, Construction), both on and offshore; within the North Sea, Caspian, Alaskan and Australian sectors, including roles such as offshore safety advisor/trainer, HSE Manager.

David designed and implemented major behavioural and cultural change programs for Marathon Oil, Canadian Natural Resources amongst others before embarking on a new life in Australia.   On entering the Australian market in 2008, David became a senior consultant with Intertek consulting and training (formerly known as EDN) before founding SLA in June 2012.

David brings a unique perspective to the team with his real life experiences from boardroom level to on deck where he started as a 21 year old, combined with a passion for safety and ability to engage, educate and motivate people.

Dr Jane Austin


Jane is a registered psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Psychologists. She maintains her clinical skills working with individuals through her private practise.   Jane coaches individuals, and consults with businesses and organisations and provides quality training to positively impact people and systems.

Jane’s current work is largely focused on assisting organisations to develop both psychologically and physically safe and healthy workplaces by providing expert guidance, coaching  and training. Jane advocates an integrated approach which focuses on practical, sustainable business-specific initiatives.


Jane has worked both nationally and internationally with medium to large multinational organisations largely in the resources and energy/utilities industries. Instrumental in her success has been a  strong ability to initiate and grow one on one and group relationships, to quickly grasp client needs and to develop and offer possible solutions.


Jane is skilled in presenting information clearly and succinctly to all levels of staff from operators to executive. She brings both practical and research expertise to her work. Jane completed her PhD in 2004; her research investigated the impact of stress, trauma and coping on neurocognitive functioning in individuals working within a large organisation.

Clinton Jury


Clinton has a wealth of experience as a senior executive of major local, national and global brands.  His management practice and leadership style is driven by strong social principles – he has consistently delivered sustainable and effective results built upon meaningful, practical and respectful relationships with staff and customers developed across more than 20 years.

As a facilitator and leader Clinton greatly values people’s experience and he actively works to create an environment, which enables teams to work at their best. He is experienced in working within complex and challenging environments and is committed to ensuring operational effort supports organisational strategy. He regularly trains and works with Adult Learners in the workplace around Project Management and team building.

Clinton has had full operational and strategic responsibility for Red Cross’ First Aid Training business where he also led workplace safety audits and worked with local and national teams to reduce risk and increase safety cultures in the workplace. He is published in the Australasian Mine Safety Journal and is TAE LNN qualified.

John Jenkins


John has over 40 years’ experience in management and the management consulting industry. He has consulted widely in both the public and private sectors in Australia and overseas.

He holds tertiary qualifications in Engineering and Human Resource Development and has worked across a broad section of heavy industry.

John has also spent a considerable amount of his working life in a variety of General Manager Roles. As a result, his consulting practice is balanced with real business experience. John has had first hand experience in strategic planning, workplace reform, performance management, leadership development and industrial relations.

He has project managed a number of large Change Management Projects that involved step-change transitions and continuous improvement/quality process techniques. His role in these projects included hands on detailed management of the many workplace interventions as well as overall direction of the whole project. These projects yielded real results backed up by quantifiable improvements in service quality, staff morale and service unit cost.

Throughout his career John has been regarded as an excellent personal coach. In more recent assignments his coaching expertise across all aspects of managerial and leadership competency has been sought by leader/managers at senior and middle management level.
